Hands-On Transport Adventures at Pine Ridge & Lorraine Nurseries

Pine Ridge N2 Nursery - What a start to the New Year we have had! We have been learning about different modes of transport. We have made cars out of various materials and we have made our own road to drive our cars along. We make sure we follow the highway code and stop when the traffic lights tell us to.

We even cleaned Miss Gardiner‘s car - it was very dirty. We needed to make sure that we got our cloths and brushes in the wheels to get them really clean. Gosh, we had fun!

Lorraine N2 Nursery - The children have been exploring different types of transport. We had fun exploring Mrs Barnett’s car - we looked at the engine, the window wipers, the spare tyre in the boot and the different pedals inside. We have also been creating our own cars using different materials such as paint, pens, shape stickers and crate paper.
