White Watch Visit Lorraine Infant School

Last week, Owls Class at Lorraine Infant School were visited by the firefighters of White Watch from Camberley Fire Station.  This was a fitting end to the 'The Great Fire of London' topic that the children have been learning about this term.

They listened intently as they were shown the different kit that the firefighters are required to wear when fighting fires or attending an incident.  This was followed by a tour around the fire engine to see all of the different types of equipment that the firefighters use.  The children all took it in turns to sit in the cab of the fire engine which they thoroughly enjoyed!

We look forward to welcoming Camberley Fire Station to Pine Ridge next term!
