Yr3 have been planting trees, kindly donated by Orchards for Schools, & started on the weeding! They learnt about the different types of plants & vegetables they are going to be growing. Mrs Sellars helped with digging! We can't wait to watch everything grow & attract wildlife! https://t.co/2SWvKYYlWd

Half Term Seesaw Competition Winners!

Over half term the children at Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools were asked to go outside and forage for lots of different natural resources to create a nature animal.  We were blown away with the children’s creativity.

Our newly appointed School Council had their very first special job to do.  The School Council looked at all the designs (we had over 70 entries!) and had to narrow it down to just one winner per class.  This was a very hard decision, but we hope you agree they chose 6 amazing designs.

Last week in assembly our winners were awarded a special medal for their hard work.  Please join us in congratulating them and all the other children for taking part.

We will be introducing more Seesaw competitions throughout the year.  All information will be shared on your Seesaw account so please keep an eye out!
