GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

GLF Foundation 10th Anniversary Fun Run at Pine Ridge and Lorraine!

Today, the children of Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools took part in a Fun Run to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the GLF Foundation.

A fantastic array of fancy dress was on display with princesses, superheroes, a ballerina, dinosaurs and even Mario!  The children all enjoyed themselves running around with big smiles on their faces (not sure the same could be said for the teaching staff...).

The sponsorship money has now been counted and we are very proud and pleased to say we have raised a grand total of £1,014.71 for our schools and the GLF Foundation!  Today has been a fabulous success and we would like to say a huge THANK YOU for your generosity!
