Beautiful Christingle Services held and Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools

Christingle Services were held at both Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools yesterday.

The children took part in telling the story of Mary and Joseph, their journey to Bethlehem and the birth of Jesus Christ in a beautiful service lead by Rev. Chris from St. Martin's Church.

Each child carried their own Christingle.  The orange represents the world, the red tape represents the love and blood of Christ, the sweets represent all of gods creations and the candle represents Jesus' light in the world.

The children sat and sung carols beautifully.
