Nine great reasons to join our school

There are many great reasons to send your children to our school, but here are just nine we have chosen from the recent Ofsted report:

Exciting world of knowledge: we broaden horizons for our pupils by linking topics and effective teaching

Care and respect: pupils copy the good manners, consideration and kindness of staff

Inclusive: children with special needs do not miss out and  there is excellent support. No pupils are left behind at our school.

Love reading: pupils are avid readers, enjoy books, listening to stories and gladly talk about books they love

Words: pupils enjoy writing and lively examples are on display. Storytelling is part of every day; capturing imagination and sparking interest

Family: we welcome parents into school at the reading cafe and have strong bonds with pupils and their families

Good behaviour: pupils want to help each other and are keen to get involved with school life. They take part and do their best.

Consistency: No time is wasted as pupils move from one activity to another and all of them attend clubs, trips and special events

Ambitious: Leaders act with integrity and want children to have the best start from our outward-looking school where we have revised the curriculum and transformed the atmosphere.
