On Friday, Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools held their annual Science Fair.
Year 1 and Year 2 children entered some very interesting, hands on projects and experiments which they had clearly worked very hard on.
From showing us how much sugar is in different drinks and cereals that we eat, to an expriement showing how to find out whether items contained acid or alkali and an entry which showed how the length of time we exercise for affects our heart rate.
We think the children have excelled with their investigations.
Congratulations to all the winners who will be invited to showcase their entries, along with other schools, later this month at the GLF Science Fair 2020!
We wish them all good luck!
