The Fantastic FRED Experience

Fantastic FRED and the Professor were so pleased to visit Pine Ridge and Lorraine to meet and talk to all of our lovely children.  FRED stands for Food, Rest, Exercise and Devices.  During the visit the children learnt about everyday stuff about eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, making sure that they get enough exercise and managing time properly on digital devices.
